DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY

About Our Deliveries

Our deliveries are made by the Post Office or carriers, throughout the national territory. You can choose between "PAC", "SEDEX", or Free Express Delivery. Orders are posted within 3 working days after proof of payment (Except for pre-order or out of stock products, as indicated in the delivery time). 

Free Express Deliveries will be made within 24 working hours* from the confirmation of payment, and per hour, it is only available for the city of Araxá-MG.

 

Delivery Times

 

Our deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00 hours, from Monday to Friday, that is, only working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

Exceptionally, deliveries may be made on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Free Express deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 19:30 to 20:30 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 09:00 to 19:00.

 

Product delivery tracking codes and instructions will be sent by email so that customers can follow up, except when the chosen method is “Free Express Delivery”.

If the delivery deadline informed is not met for reasons beyond RN Sports, we kindly ask you to contact us using any of the contact means presented below so that we can check the situation and solve it in the best possible way. In these cases, the consumer may request the cancellation of the purchase and a refund of the money, including the cost of shipping.

IMPORTANT: 3 (three) delivery attempts are made. If, on the third attempt, delivery is not made for reasons beyond RN Sports' control, the order will be stored for a specified time at the Correios distribution center in your city or carrier, and the customer must appear at the indicated location to carry out the collection. After this period, the product will return to our distribution center and new freight may be charged for the reshipment of the goods. For express deliveries, five (five) attempts are made, if we are not successful in the delivery, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

 

IMPORTANT: If you notice at the time of delivery that the package is in poor condition, damaged or violated, refuse delivery and contact us immediately, so that we can investigate what happened. Products will be resent as requested by the customer.

 

IMPORTANT: Always keep your delivery address updated in our systems to avoid shipping errors. If you find after placing the order that the delivery address is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the change. If the products have already been shipped, we will wait for the post office/carrier to return the products to us and only then resend them to the correct address.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

 

For "out of stock" products, the delivery time may be increased. The customer will know on the product page (on the peel near the shipping calculation button) if that product is in stock in the store. This is the time frame in which our suppliers ask us to ship the products to our distribution center. Check the "In Stock" or "Available" information to confirm that the product is currently in stock.  

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

For digital products, such as videos and photos, they are sent to the email address of the customer registered on our platform within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

CHANGE OF ORDERS AFTER CLOSING

 

After completing the purchase, it is not possible to change any order data. If necessary, please contact us so that we can cancel the order. After these steps, a new order can be re-ordered on our website, with the desired changes.

PRE-SALE PRODUCTS

 

Products flagged as PRE-SALE will be shipped on the premiere or release date indicated in the product details. If, for various reasons, the pre-sale products cannot be shipped on the indicated date, the order will be cancelled, amounts will be refunded and the customer will be notified.

DIFFERENT DELIVERY TIMES ON THE SAME ORDER

 

In cases where there are different delivery times for the same order, the longer delivery time will prevail. Eventually, products may be shipped on different dates and packages.

DELIVERY TERMS x PAYMENT METHODS

 

Credit card

Purchases made with a credit card may take up to 2 (two) business days to be recognized (but usually recognition is immediate). The shipment will be made after the payment has been acknowledged in our systems. Please note that, as previously stated, out of stock products may take up to 12 business days after payment confirmation to be shipped to the customer. Please check the product description or cart before purchasing.  

 

Bank slip

Payments made by bank slip may take up to 3 (three) business days to be recognized.

Payments made by bank debit may take up to 2 (four) calendar days to be recognized.

PIX

Payments made through the PIX payment system may take up to 1 hour to be acknowledged.

RECEIPT OF INCOMPLETE OR WRONG ORDER (MISSING PRODUCT OR GIFT, DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM PURCHASED)

 

If you notice that products are missing from the delivery, check your order to see if the delivery times for the products are different. If not, please contact us immediately using the contact details on the website.

If the products shipped are different from those purchased, please contact us to resolve the issue.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

 

- Some specific products, campaigns specific to the definition of RN Sports may contain free shipping. Stay tuned on our social media, in our store or app to learn more. 

- If you place a product in your cart that has free shipping and another that does not, the shipping of the product that is not in the free shipping promotion may be charged.
